XREAL, an AR glasses manufacturer leading the innovation of AR experiences for consumers around the world, is announcing partnerships with global companies such as BMW Group, Google, Qualcomm Technologies, Bose, T-Mobile, and Marwari at 'CES 2025', the world's largest IT and electronics show held in Las Vegas, USA, and will introduce the 'XREAL One' series and the portable spatial computing device, Beam Pro. This shows XREAL's commitment to leading the ecosystem with AR glasses by collaborating with leading global companies to provide a next-level immersive experience with innovative technology.
Through this newly announced partnership, Xreal aims to set a new standard for immersive AR scenarios across a wide range of industries, from automotive to mobile technology and entertainment. Xreal's AR glasses, which boast unparalleled visual satisfaction, portability, and lightweight comfort, have achieved a seamless integration of hardware, software, services, and experiences through this collaboration with a global company.
Continuing from last year, we are showcasing in-vehicle 3D entertainment technology through a collaboration with BMW this year. CES attendees can experience stylish and immersive entertainment inside the BMW X3 M50 with XREAL One series glasses.
The collaboration between Google and Qualcomm is available to experience in the Xreal booth. When paired with an Xreal Beam Pro Android mobile device, Xreal glasses can connect to Google Play apps, and Qualcomm Technologies, renowned for its Snapdragon® chips, provides powerful processing power to the Xreal Beam Pro handheld Android mobile device. The Snapdragon processor provides the AI capabilities, high performance, and stability needed to take Xreal AR glasses to the spatial level with the Beam Pro.
The collaboration with Bose is also noteworthy. The Xreal One and Xreal One Pro integrate custom sound by Bose, delivering audio specifically for the Xreal One series, delivering a significantly improved listening experience compared to similar hardware or mobile devices. The audio performance of the Xreal One and Xreal One Pro has been fine-tuned in collaboration with Bose's engineering team to deliver cinematic audio quality to wearers. Bose's exceptional frequency response captures subtle nuances in sound quality for a richer experience, while the glasses-style form factor delivers a more natural soundscape.
A collaboration with Logitech was also announced. Xreal will collaborate with Logitech to introduce a new way of gaming to customers with the Xreal One series and the Logitech G Cloud, a cloud-only portable gaming console. The Logitech G Cloud, a leader in portable cloud gaming, is perfectly integrated with Xreal AR glasses.
T-Mobile, which offers the industry's best 5G network, is partnering with Mawari to showcase a realistic and immersive 3D calling experience using AR glasses within the Xreal booth. Visitors to the Xreal booth will be able to experience Mawari's virtual avatar, viewable only through Xreal glasses, combining T-Mobile's ultra-fast 5G network with Mawari's real-time immersive content streaming technology.
It will also be available on AT&T's online store, which showcases sophisticated experiential products. The new Xreal One AR glasses will be available for purchase on AT&T's online store starting this month.
Xreal One, a cinematic AR glass unveiled by Xreal in December of last year, provides a new AR experience that goes beyond the limitations of existing AR glasses by being equipped with the self-developed spatial computing chip X1. It is the first cinematic AR glass capable of 3DoF spatial computing using the X1 chip built into the glass. In addition to creating spatial displays on devices that can be connected through the X1 spatial computing coprocessor, it can also take photos and videos with the AI camera and use AI functions. In addition, it has obtained eye health certification from Germany's TÜV Rheinland, adding to its safety.
The X1 is the first custom chip for optical transmissive (OST) AR glasses, delivering ultra-short motion-to-photon (M2P) latency of just 3ms at 120Hz, enabling smooth and stable spatial screens without blur or image lag.
Users can experience 1080p Full HD-quality images from any angle, and the Birdbeads optical lens design achieves a 50-degree field of view (FoV). It has also earned two new TÜV Rheinland certifications, making it the first AR glasses to reduce eye fatigue and provide higher UV protection. Furthermore, it features Xreal's electrochromic dimming feature, which allows users to darken or brighten the lenses with the touch of a button on the glasses, allowing for greater control over immersion.
The Xreal One can be connected to most devices that can output video via USB-C port, including iPhones, Android devices, Steam Decks, Windows PCs, MacBooks, and game consoles. The screen, which provides a 32:9 ratio, supports ultra-wide mode, and provides glass customization options such as screen size, screen distance, stabilizer, side screen, brightness control, display optimization, color temperature, 2D/3D switching, IPD adjustment, volume and sound settings, button mapping settings, sensor calibration, language settings, tutorial, and factory reset. It weighs 84 grams and uses a magnesium alloy front shell that is stronger than the previous generation.
According to global IT market research firm IDC, Xreal is maintaining its leadership position in the consumer AR and XR market with a market share approaching 50% in 2024. Furthermore, Xreal is the only AR company to be ranked among the top 5 global companies by market share in the broader AR/VR industry in 2024. Furthermore, it has been ranked among the top 5 AR/VR companies by market share for six consecutive quarters based on shipments, and is the only AR and XR (non-VR) company to enter the top 5.
“Xreal continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible with augmented reality, and 2025 will be the year we leap forward as the best AR glasses,” said Chi Xu, founder and CEO of Xreal. “What we’re unveiling at CES 2025 is the future of AR. Xreal will continue to build an innovative AR glasses ecosystem with global leaders, and change the way we interact with spaces and objects in our daily lives through AR glasses.”
The Xreal booth is located at Booth 14056 in the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
