Invaiz announced on the 9th that it had attracted Seed 2 round investment from Seoul National University Technology Holdings .
Inviz provides solutions that enable easy and quick customization of various computer peripherals, such as keyboards and mice. While previous implementations required MCU or firmware modifications, Inviz leverages proprietary technology to enable manufacturers to directly integrate AI features (such as gestures, macros, and shortcuts) into their products without additional hardware modifications.
Initially, we developed and supplied video editing controllers and customization software. Later, as overseas manufacturers increasingly requested customization software, we decided to shift to a software-centric approach. This shift allowed us to further expand our existing software technology and development capabilities.
This investment, which follows participation from Busan United Technology Holdings and the Yoon Min-Chang Investment Foundation, and now includes participation from Seoul National University Technology Holdings, serves as a renewed recognition of Invaiz's technological prowess and global growth potential. With this investment, Invaiz plans to focus on advancing its technology and expanding collaborations with overseas manufacturers.
“We live in an era where software is becoming an essential competitive edge for input devices like keyboards and mice,” said Lee Jun-seok, CEO of Invaiz. “With this investment, we will focus on technology development and market expansion so that more manufacturers can easily incorporate our AI-based customizing software.”
