WiseNut and AI video analysis specialist SeeLab announced on the 8th that they signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for joint AI business cooperation.
This agreement aims to expand multimodal AI services by combining WiseNut's RAG (Real-Augmented Search Generative) solution with SeeLab's AI infrastructure platform technology. WiseNut pursues AI search and chatbot businesses based on natural language processing (NLP) technology. Recently, the company expanded its AI agent business with the launch of WISE iRAG, Korea's first RAG solution based on LLM's hallucination-minimizing RAG technology.
Through this agreement, the two companies will combine WiseNut's RAG platform-based multimodal data processing technology with Cielab's GPU orchestration solution. This will reduce AI infrastructure costs and expand AI agent business in both the public and private sectors.
Lee Woo-young, CEO of C-Lab, said, “By combining GPU orchestration technology with WiseNut’s RAG technology, we will be able to drastically reduce customers’ AI adoption costs,” and “We expect that through the cooperation between our two companies, we will be able to present a new paradigm for the domestic AI market.”
Kang Yong-seong, CEO of WiseNut, emphasized, “We expect that the combination of WiseNut’s AI technology, which has been verified by over 5,500 domestic customers, and C-Lab’s GPU solution will serve as a new focal point for the domestic generative AI industry ecosystem.”
