Openmaru announced that its application performance monitoring solution, OPENMARU APM, has been designated as an innovative product by the Ministry of Science and ICT for the second half of 2024. This marks official recognition of OPENMARU APM's technological excellence and public service value in the public procurement market.
The innovative product designation system selects only technologies that are recognized for their innovativeness after passing the recommendation review of the Ministry of Science and ICT and the review by the Procurement Policy Deliberation Committee under the Ministry of Strategy and Finance. OPENMARU APM is Openmaru's proprietary software designed to efficiently monitor and optimize complex applications in a cloud-native environment. It provides real-time performance analysis, automated problem detection, and an intuitive dashboard to maximize operational efficiency and stability for both public institutions and private companies. The final selection criteria included market competitiveness, potential to resolve public issues, and social value creation. Consequently, OPENMARU APM was recognized as a technology development product that can contribute to public service innovation and digital transformation.
From its early stages, Openmaru has focused on research and development for cloud-native monitoring solutions, preparing for the IT environment's shift from infrastructure-centric to application-centric.
