
Tripbtoz (CEO Jiha Jeong) announced that it has become the first domestic OTA to sign a direct B2C contract with Dusit International, a global hotel group. This agreement will allow Tripbtoz to offer guests more competitive prices and differentiated benefits at Dusit International's hotels and resorts.
Dusit International is a global luxury hotel group operating 58 hotels, resorts, and residences across 25 countries in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, including Thailand. In particular, Dusit Thani Guam Resort**, Dusit's flagship property, has established itself as a favorite among Korean travelers and is considered a must-stay when visiting Guam.
Dusit International is a globally recognized brand in the luxury hotel and resort industry, with an average nightly rate of approximately 600,000 won. This premium value goes beyond mere price, considering Dusit's meticulous service, top-notch facilities, and personalized experiences.
TripBitoz plans to maximize the efficiency of hotel reservation management and marketing operations by implementing the D-EDGE solution along with this direct contract. D-EDGE is an integrated solution that provides various functions, including real-time channel management, a reservation engine, and CRM (customer relationship management), helping hotels efficiently manage their reservation processes.
Tripvitoz Sales Director Kim Ki-sang said, “This partnership with Dusit International will be a significant turning point for Tripvitoz’s entry into the global market,” and added, “We plan to continue collaborating with various global hotel groups to provide customers with the optimal reservation experience.”
