Tool Space Signs Memorandum of Understanding and Nondisclosure Agreement with Smart Citizens

AI autonomous driving patrol robot specialist ‘Dogu Space (CEO Jinhyo Kim)’ announced on the 3rd that it signed an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) and NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with Dubai-based smart technology company ‘Smart Citizens’ to target the smart security and patrol robot market in the Middle East.

This agreement is the result of discussions between the two companies during the COMEUP 2024 global corporate matching program, where Smart Citizens was selected as the Middle East distributor for Toolspace.

Through its partnership with Smart Citizens, Toolspace plans to expand its smart security solutions utilizing its AI autonomous patrol robots to the Middle East, particularly in Dubai.

Smart Citizens is a Dubai-based company specializing in AI- and IoT-based smart home and smart city solutions. It boasts a high level of trust in the Middle Eastern market, having won numerous global awards and certifications, including the Globee Awards and UAE Business Awards, as well as ISO 9001, TDRA (Telecommunication and Digital Government Regulatory Authority), and ICV (In-Country Value) certifications.
