
Namoo Labs announced on the 7th that it signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with KODA (Korea Digital Asset) for innovation in Web3 financial services.
Namu Labs is a leading company in building optimized Web3 environments, building on strategic partnerships with major global blockchain projects like ICP and Web3auth. In particular, it has developed customized solutions and provided consulting services for companies transitioning to Web3, fostering numerous successful collaborations with financial institutions and large corporations.
KODA, a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) officially registered with the Financial Services Commission, is a leading domestic custody company providing secure custody services to corporations and institutions. Founded as a joint venture with KB Kookmin Bank, KODA operates a highly reliable trading platform based on a rigorous security system and stable trading system.
Through this agreement, Namu Labs and KODA will establish a cooperative relationship in the Web3 financial services sector and explore ways to create synergies by leveraging their mutual expertise. The two companies will jointly explore various possibilities for collaboration to leverage blockchain technology to drive financial innovation and advance the digital asset ecosystem.
This business agreement is attracting significant industry attention as it represents a collaboration between a global blockchain technology leader and a digital asset custody specialist. The collaboration between the two companies is expected to mark a significant turning point in the development of Web3 financial services in Korea.
