Mayai selected as one of the "Emerging AI+X Top 100" for three consecutive years.

Mayi Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Jun-hyeok) , the developer of the image processing AI solution 'Mash', announced on the 7th that it was selected for the 'Emerging AI+X Top 100' hosted by the Korea Artificial Intelligence Industry Association (AIIA) for the third consecutive year.

The "Emerging AI+X Top 100" program selects 100 promising domestic companies that will drive future innovation by converging AI technology with various industries. May AI was selected through a quantitative and qualitative evaluation process that focused on the future value of the technology and industry, including growth potential and innovation.

In 2023, Mayi was selected for the "Machine Learning-Based Data Analysis Solution" category in the Cross-Industry category, and was subsequently named an "Image/Video Processing" company last year and this year. For three consecutive years, Mayi has been recognized for the innovation and future value of its image processing AI technology, solidifying its position as a leading company in the industry.

"mAsh," operated by Mayi, utilizes in-store CCTV footage to analyze visitor data, measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for each store, and provide insights for achieving and improving KPIs. This helps facilitate data-driven decision-making in offline spaces. All visitor data is anonymized, ensuring privacy and security from leaks and breaches.

Currently, leading domestic companies with a high demand for visitor analytics, such as Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, and CGV, are utilizing Mesh to quantitatively measure store performance. Based on this data, they are identifying target customers, optimizing store layouts, and developing effective marketing campaigns.

Park Jun-hyeok, CEO of May I, said, “Based on a detailed evaluation, we have been selected as one of the top 100 companies for three consecutive years and have been recognized as a leader in the image processing AI analysis industry.” He added, “We will continue to work with companies that focus on visitor data analysis to solidify our position in the market and focus on making offline stores at home and abroad even smarter.”

Meanwhile, MayI is supplying mesh to overseas bases of domestic clients located in major cities such as London, England and Hanoi, Vietnam, and recently acquired a patent for AI-based image analysis technology from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, laying the foundation for entering the global market.
