Dootawiz announced that it has been selected for an R&D project at the Stepping Stone Startup Specialized Institution (Seoul Technopark) under the 2024 Startup Growth Technology Development Project, administered by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. This project aims to advance Dootawiz's core product, the AI Bot solution.
Through this project, Dootawiz is developing a new "AI Issue Notification System" for its AI bot functionality. This system focuses on real-time analysis of conversations between customers and AI bots or counselors, and the technology to send real-time location and content notifications to managers and relevant authorities in the event of an emergency or dangerous situation.
Currently, Dootawiz's AI Bot solution provides various functions such as speech recognition (STT), natural language processing (NLP), speech synthesis (TTS), generative AI, sLLM, and summary and classification of consultation content, and is contributing to improving the efficiency and quality of customer response in the work environment.
A Dootawiz representative said, “Through this R&D project, we expect to further strengthen our technological differentiation in the business and consulting markets, and contribute to improving our clients’ risk identification and service quality.”
