Job Korea announced on the 6th that both the company and its employees received the Minister of Employment and Labor Award at the 2024 Year-End Employment and Labor Administration Merit Awards (Private Employment Service Activation Category), hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. The awards ceremony took place on December 30th of last year at the Seoul Employment and Labor Office.
Since launching its job portal service in 1998, Job Korea has actively adopted artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enhance the convenience of its job search and recruitment services. In particular, it has strengthened its "AI Matching" service, which analyzes job seekers' behavioral patterns and preferences and recommends job openings based on AI algorithms. This personalized service has also increased the matching rate between companies and job seekers.
Job Korea, which operates both full-time (Job Korea) and part-time (Albamon) recruitment platforms, possesses high-quality data covering the majority of the domestic economically active population and has launched a variety of AI-powered services. It was the first in the industry to launch a self-generated AI solution, significantly reducing the time spent on job search and job application processes. Albamon has also expanded its AI recommendation service, tailored to the short-term job market.
As a result of these efforts, Job Korea has been certified as an excellent employment service organization since 2008 and has been certified five times in a row through 2024, contributing to the creation of excellent AI-based services and job creation.
