Nanobeak Selected for the New Beauty Innovation Challenge

Nanobeak Co., Ltd. announced that it has been selected for the New Beauty Innovation Challenge hosted by Amorepacific. This challenge is part of TIPS, a public-private joint startup incubation program run by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. Selected startups will receive benefits such as equity investment of up to 500 million won from Amorepacific Group, recommendation for TIPS in 2025, collaboration on proof-of-concept (PoC), and support for commercialization and follow-up investments.

Founded in August 2024, Nanovik, an early-stage startup, has garnered industry attention for its innovative research and high market potential. Following its recent selection as a Kibo-Star Valley project by the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KOTIB), Nanovik was also selected for the Amorepacific Innovation Challenge, demonstrating the company's future potential.

A Nanobeak representative stated, “We went beyond simply developing a high-functionality nano-carrier and built our own nano/micro hybrid system to solve the low stability problem, which has been pointed out as a chronic problem with carriers. This is why we believe this evaluation had a positive impact,” adding, “We plan to provide high-functionality solutions in areas where existing nano-carriers were used, such as not only skin care products but also oral products.”
