
Bespin Global announced on the 6th that it signed a business agreement with DK Tech, a subsidiary of Kakao's IT solution development company, to strengthen AI-based contact center (AICC) technology and promote joint business.
Under this agreement, the two companies will collaborate on the development and supply of AI contact center solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs). By linking Bespin Global's "HelpNow AI" with DK Tech's "Kakao i Connect Center," they plan to develop a next-generation voice bot solution utilizing generative AI technology. This solution will focus on enhancing customer service reliability and maximizing corporate work efficiency. Furthermore, the two companies plan to jointly pursue the AI contact center business and expand its application across various industries.
DK Techin possesses speech recognition (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies. Real-time voice data processing and high-accuracy natural language analysis (NLU) enable the rapid processing of complex customer requests. Kakao i Connect Center leverages omnichannel conversational AI technology based on the Kakao i platform, providing optimized solutions for customer service and business communications. Furthermore, the AI agent's functionality and scope can be flexibly adjusted to meet the needs of businesses.
Bespin Global's "HelpNow AI" is an LLM-based AI agent platform that enables the development and operation of customized chatbots/callbots, voicebots, and AI assistants for various industries. This platform supports the successful operation of AI services across diverse fields and enables efficient utilization of vast amounts of data through multi-LM integration, RAG-based response generation, and multi-agent management capabilities. By integrating AI technologies such as voice recognition and agent support into existing call center systems, it facilitates a smooth transition to an AI contact center.
