All That Maker, which operates a nationwide billiard hall maintenance, repair, and repair (MRO) business and the billiard hall brand "Jakdang," announced on the 3rd that it has acquired a 100% stake in distribution specialist Bex C&T. Through this acquisition, All That Maker plans to expand into the distribution business.
As of 2023, Vex C&T recorded sales of KRW 2.5 billion and sells a variety of products through a multi-e-commerce platform based on direct purchase. Furthermore, the company has established distributor relationships with major food and beverage companies and maintains a comprehensive product line of over 100 products.
Bex C&T will now operate as a subsidiary of All That Maker and will be responsible for supplying food, beverages, and daily necessities to approximately 50 "Jakdang" billiards hall franchises nationwide and a commerce platform that connects 14,000 billiards hall owners. Furthermore, Bex C&T plans to pursue supply chain efficiency by leveraging synergies with "Jakdang Mo-i," the snack bar within each "Jakdang" billiards hall.
With this acquisition, All That Maker plans to achieve economies of scale by independently supplying and procuring all areas necessary for billiard hall operation, as well as distributing billiard supplies.
