Laurentchu Company Named Finalist for the 2024 World Beverage Innovation Awards

Food tech startup Lorenchu Company, which develops non-alcoholic liquor manufacturing technology based on fragrance data ingredient analysis, has been named to the final list of non-alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage companies.

The Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (Director Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as Busan Changgyeong) announced that food tech startup Laurenchu Company (CEO Chueun Cheon), a resident company of B.Cube, a resident space jointly supported by the Busan Metropolitan City, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and the Korea Real Estate Board, was named a finalist in the non-alcoholic/non-alcoholic category at the 2024 World Beverage Innovation Awards held in the UK.

The World Beverage Innovation Awards, now in its 22nd year, is one of the most prestigious awards ceremonies in the global beverage industry, spotlighting innovative and sustainable products. Hundreds of beverage brands from around the world entered the 2024 competition, with Lauren Chew Company (Chuppermarket) being honored as a finalist for its outstanding quality and innovation in the non-alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage category.

In particular, the award-winning 'Chupper Bubbly Peach Sangria' has already proven its excellence in the global market, winning the World Best Grand Prize at the 2024 World Drink Awards and the Bronze Award in the non-alcoholic/low-alcohol category at the 2024 International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC), with its fragrant peach and fruity flavors.
