Suprema AI (CEO Bongseop Song), a company specializing in on-device AI solutions based on video analysis, announced that it won the 'Best of Innovation' award in the embedded technology category at CES 2025.
The CES Innovation Awards (Honorees) honor companies from around the world in the IT and consumer electronics industries with innovative products and technologies. Only products that receive the highest scores in technology, design, and innovation are awarded the prestigious "Best of Innovation" honor.
Suprema AI's Q-Vision Pro, which won the Best Innovation Award this time, is the world's first on-device AI module that predicts and prevents financial crimes that may occur around standalone devices such as ATMs.
Q-Vision Pro combines AI-based facial recognition and behavioral analysis to predict potential financial crimes and block illegal transactions, protecting both customer and bank assets. Specifically, it supports up to 50,000 users even when disconnected from the network and is designed to operate securely in standalone environments with robust multi-layer data encryption. It offers hardware form factors—embedded for new ATMs and add-on for easy installation into existing ATMs—to support customized solutions that meet customer needs.
Suprema AI CEO Song Bong-seop said, "CES is a globally recognized leading IT technology exhibition, and winning this Best Innovation Award is a significant achievement that demonstrates Suprema AI's technological prowess and global competitiveness. Going forward, we will continue to innovate in the global market based on our cutting-edge on-device AI technology."
Suprema AI's Best Innovation Award-winning products will be unveiled at the Las Vegas Convention Center from January 7th to 10th.
Suprema AI, a wholly owned subsidiary of Suprema established in October 2021, is scheduled to be absorbed and merged into Suprema through a simplified merger with the merger date set at February 20, 2025.
