Safe Life announced on the 2nd that it has completed construction of a new factory and relocation to its headquarters in Geumwang-ri, Eumseong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. This new factory and relocation are part of Safe Life's efforts to differentiate itself as a fire extinguisher manufacturer and to prioritize safety and quality, striving for sustainable growth and providing safer, more reliable products to domestic and international customers. The company views this relocation as a significant turning point in its growth.
The new plant, with a land area of approximately 3,000 pyeong (approximately 9,000 sq ft), a building area of 1,500 pyeong (approximately 4,500 sq ft), and an office building of 200 pyeong (approximately 660 sq ft), is equipped with facilities capable of producing over 1.5 million fire extinguishers annually. Notably, the introduction of automated robotics has improved production efficiency and accuracy, enabling the company to more effectively meet the diverse demands of major domestic and international companies and the imported car market. This has laid the foundation for the stable production of high-quality products.
Safe Life is expected to enhance job satisfaction and productivity by providing various employee amenities, including a conference room, in-house cafeteria, and break rooms, to support a creative and efficient work environment in its new building.
CEO Kim Jin-young said, “The move to the new building is an important starting point in preparing for a leap forward into the global market,” and added, “We will continue to do our best to produce safe fire extinguishers for domestic and international consumers.”
