Vision AI specialized company See You Box (CEO Nam Woon-seong) announced on the 2nd that it has spun off its robotics business division and established a new corporation, ‘Yoon Robotics Co., Ltd.’
Through this spin-off, SeeUBox plans to secure specialized technological competitiveness in the rapidly growing robotics market and drive the company's continued growth by entering new markets.
The newly established company, Yuon Robotics, possesses core order picking technology that combines vision AI and robotics technologies to increase productivity in the manufacturing and logistics industries and reduce labor costs in harsh environments. Based on this core technology, the company aims to apply it to manufacturing and logistics, while also advancing its autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and robotic palletizing technologies to establish itself as a leader in these fields.
After the spin-off, Yuon Robotics plans to maximize its business expansion and competitiveness by attracting strategic investment through value-added investments, thereby pursuing independent growth.
With this spin-off, SeeUBox plans to enhance its financial stability while focusing on Vision AI technology and business development, and will continue its technological and business cooperation with Yuon Robotics to promote mutual growth of both companies.
