Seojin Systems Signs Strategic Business Agreement with KNR Systems

Seojin Systems announced that it has signed a 'Strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for cooperation in global AI robot and advanced automation business' with KNR Systems, a company specializing in core robot component technology.

This agreement stipulates that KNR Systems will join Seojin Systems' "Seojin AI Robot Foundry" project as a key technology partner. The two companies plan to strengthen the competitiveness of the global robot manufacturing ecosystem through a collaborative structure that combines robot manufacturing and core component technologies.

Seojin AI Robot Foundry is a business model that applies the foundry model of the semiconductor industry to the robot manufacturing sector. Seojin Systems, leveraging its global manufacturing infrastructure and vertically integrated production capabilities in the US, Europe, Vietnam, and Korea, is responsible for robot manufacturing and mass production. Technology partners, including KNR Systems, focus on core component technology development, design, and engineering.

KNR Systems possesses core component technologies applicable to high-load robots, such as hydraulic actuators and hybrid drive systems. Combining these technological capabilities with Seojin Systems' global manufacturing competitiveness, the two companies plan to expand their AI robot and advanced automation solutions business, focusing on key markets such as Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and North America.

Furthermore, the two companies plan to leverage their established global networks to discover large-scale new projects and expand orders, gradually expanding business opportunities in the global AI robot market.

With this agreement, Seojin Systems plans to continuously expand its AI Robot Foundry Alliance and strengthen its competitiveness in the robot manufacturing sector through collaboration with various technology-specialized companies.
