Digital healthcare startup MediPal (CEO Kang Jong-il) announced on the 29th that it has signed a solution integration and business partnership agreement with cloud-based electronic medical record (EMR) company TNH (CEO Lee Pan-ho).
This partnership aims to systematize the patient prognosis management journey by linking EMR data with the re-examination patient management system, and to build an integrated management environment that simultaneously improves the operational efficiency of hospitals and clinics and the patient experience.
MediPal's re-examination patient management solution, "Afterdoc," provides ongoing communication with patients after treatment and provides personalized prognosis management. By tailoring care to each patient's treatment cycle and characteristics, it enhances patient satisfaction and helps hospitals increase return visit rates and improve operational efficiency.
TNH operates VegasCRM, a cloud-based medical software platform that manages all aspects of hospital operations. VegasCRM is an EMR/CRM solution that integrates medical records, insurance claims, marketing, and customer service functions. Approximately 45% of dermatology, beauty, and plastic surgery clinics opened in the first quarter of 2025 have adopted the system, securing a significant market share.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to enhance the convenience and operational efficiency of hospitals and clinics by linking data between Afterdoc and VegasCRM and integrating the patient management process from treatment to prognosis management to revisit.
Following its partnership with Jeonneung IT in 2023, MediPal has partnered with TNH, establishing a series of partnerships with key players in the domestic dermatology, beauty, and plastic surgery EMR market. This expansion of Afterdoc's EMR integration ecosystem and its usability as a re-examination patient management solution have been enhanced.
TNH CEO Lee Pan-ho said, “By linking the Afterdoc service with EMR and CRM systems, hospitals and clinics will increase operational efficiency, and patients will be provided with a consistent experience throughout their treatment journey.”
MediPal CEO Kang Jong-il stated, “This integration will serve as an important foundation for providing higher quality and reliability to the medical field,” and added, “We will expand integration with various EMR companies to reduce the workload in the medical field and create a new standard for follow-up management.”
