CJ ENM affiliate digital advertising agency DXE (CEO Seungrok Baek) announced on the 29th that it has signed a strategic partnership with Insider Korea, a global marketing solutions company based on artificial intelligence (AI).
Through this agreement, the two companies will jointly provide AI-based customized marketing solutions to domestic and international advertisers and strengthen full-funnel marketing and CRM specialized services that encompass the entire customer journey. Through this, they aim to support advertisers' business growth through sophisticated data-driven customer analysis and execution capabilities.
Leveraging its accumulated experience and expertise in the CRM field, DXE has provided consulting services across the entire process, from client CRM assessment to personalized campaign development and operation. Specifically, it has secured a competitive edge by presenting a full-funnel strategy that connects the entire customer journey through integrated analysis of first- and third-party data. It has implemented CRM projects for major companies such as SK Intellix, Neopharm, and Illy Cafe, and has shared related success stories and expertise through seminars and conferences.
Through this partnership, DXE plans to fully utilize Insider's all-in-one AI-based customer engagement platform, recently rebranded as "Insider One," in its CRM consulting services. This platform integrates non-identifiable behavioral data from various channels, including web, app, SMS, and KakaoTalk, based on customer consent, and delivers personalized messages optimized for real-time customer behavior through AI analysis.
Through this, the two companies plan to build a system that automatically sends omnichannel messages when key triggers, such as searches for products of interest, occur, and operate content-centered campaigns that reflect the characteristics of the brands, thereby increasing purchase conversion rates and forming long-term customer relationships.
“Our collaboration with DXE is a significant step forward in providing our domestic clients with a more consistent and advanced AI-based customer engagement experience,” said Lee Jin-woo, CEO of Insider Korea. “We will support this effort by combining our enhanced AI technology with DXE’s CRM consulting capabilities to drive tangible business results.”
“Deriving integrated insights from fragmented customer data environments is a key challenge for CRM,” said Kwon Jin-hee, team leader of DXE’s data consulting team. “Through this collaboration, we will strengthen AI-based real-time personalized marketing and full-funnel strategies to help our clients maximize their customer lifetime value (LTV).”
