Green Plus , a smart farm specialist, has signed its fifth contract with Farm Farm Co., Ltd., an agricultural corporation, for the construction of a new glass greenhouse for Farm Farm Smart Farm. This contract is for the construction of a new glass greenhouse in Gwangseok-myeon, Nonsan-si, South Chungcheong Province, and the contract amount is approximately 1.7 billion won.
This contract is noteworthy as it marks the second in a series of agreements signed amidst growing demand for smart farm adoption, particularly among private agricultural corporations and young farmers. Green Plus is continuing its phased expansion project, leveraging its expertise in designing and constructing high-efficiency glass greenhouses and its experience in executing large-scale smart farm projects.
Green Plus and Farm Farm have been collaborating since signing their first contract in 2021, leading up to this fifth agreement. The total area of smart farms built thus far has reached 26,060 pyeong (approximately 85,998 square meters). Based on their technological prowess and construction capabilities for the stable construction of large-scale smart farms, Green Plus is recognized as implementing a smart farm business model that prioritizes productivity and operational efficiency.
Green Plus plans to continue expanding its orders based on its technological competitiveness, focusing on the private smart farm market.
