Ground One Signs Business Agreement with Personal AI

Ground One, an AI-based building energy optimization company, and Personal AI, an AI data protection technology company, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to strengthen data reliability and operational stability in AI building energy management environments.

This agreement was driven by the recognition that data integrity and a stable processing architecture are increasingly important as AI is increasingly utilized in building facility operation and energy management decision-making. The two companies will jointly design a data protection and processing architecture specifically for AI energy systems and collaborate on technology to apply it to real-world operating environments.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to gradually apply data protection technology to their AI building energy platform. Through joint proof-of-concept (PoC) and technology verification, they will establish a data processing and protection structure optimized for actual building operating environments. This will enhance the stability and reliability of AI-based energy management systems.

Ground One CEO Hong Yun-jeong said, “AI-based building operation requires not only algorithm performance but also data reliability and stability as key competitive advantages,” and added, “Through this collaboration, we expect to be able to enhance the perfection of energy AI operation technology and provide solutions with enhanced field applicability.”

Personal AI CEO Jaeyoung Lee stated, “As AI expands into core infrastructure across industries, data protection technology will become an essential foundational technology.” He added, “Through this collaboration, we will establish a reliable data utilization model in the building energy sector and establish data protection standards that can be expanded across the AI industry.”
