Assemble Corporation achieves profitability for two consecutive years, targets 20% growth by 2025

Assemble Corporation, a global commerce solutions company, announced that it recorded sales growth of approximately 20% year-over-year (YoY) in 2025, solidifying its surplus for two consecutive years.

This figure is approximately 2.4 times higher than the 8.4% overall export growth rate announced by the Korea Customs Service in November 2025, and it is analyzed that the stabilization of the overseas base operation system, led by the Vietnamese subsidiary (Gomi Corporation), was a key factor in driving performance.

Achieving sustainable growth through operational optimization

Recently, global markets have been experiencing rising barriers to entry due to factors such as increasing protectionism, complex local regulations, and intensifying competition across distribution channels. Industry insiders agree that simple exports or partnerships alone are no longer sufficient to ensure sustainable sales, and that post-market "operational optimization" has emerged as a key competitive advantage, determining business success or failure.

Assemble Corporation, which operates IT infrastructure, logistics systems, and sales networks in the Asian and Middle Eastern markets centered around its headquarters in Korea, has focused on minimizing operational gaps that may arise during overseas expansion.

We established an internal IT infrastructure centered around our Vietnamese subsidiary (Gomi Corporation) and reorganized the system to organically integrate product management, order processing, and operational management. We also established a local fulfillment (3PL) logistics system to enhance inventory management and delivery flow stability.

The establishment of a sales and marketing operation system that goes beyond simple distribution and encompasses both online and offline channels, and the expansion of the management scope to include the post-sales stage, were also effective.

The company evaluated that this structural restructuring contributed to increasing the sustainability of the business rather than one-time sales.

Proven business model, expanding to Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

A proven business model in Vietnam is rapidly expanding to neighboring countries. Assemble Corporation recently signed a contract with Norm Pharmacy, Cambodia's largest health and beauty (H&B) distribution chain, and established a separate corporation in the UAE, establishing a foothold for its expansion into the Middle Eastern market .

Assemble Corporation's unique approach to market entry, which integrates distribution and operations, is applied consistently across countries, even when market environments differ.

Currently, the global network covers major Asian and Middle Eastern markets, including Vietnam, Cambodia, and the UAE, centered around the Korean headquarters. At each base, the company provides integrated IT infrastructure construction, logistics system operation, and sales network management.

2026: Simultaneous pursuit of quantitative expansion and qualitative enhancement of profitability

Assemble Corporation plans to mark 2026 as the first year of simultaneously pursuing quantitative expansion and qualitative profitability of its overseas operations. While maximizing the operational efficiency of existing overseas bases, the company will also continue to review new countries and category expansion opportunities.

An Assemble Corporation official stated, “2025 was a year in which we reorganized our global business structure and solidified the foundation for operating overseas bases. Based on our proven operating model and solid distribution network, we will focus our capabilities on continuing our stable growth trend in 2026.”
