Atomos and the Korean Bar Association Open a "Mind Healing Center"

Atomos Co., Ltd., the operator of the mental care platform Mind Cafe, announced on the 5th that it will open and operate a 'Mind Healing Center' exclusively for lawyers in cooperation with the Korean Bar Association.

This center was established to provide organizational support for the high workload and case-centric structure inherent to the legal profession, addressing job stress and emotional labor issues. The center offers an organizational diagnostic program that objectively assesses lawyers' psychological state, job stress, and organizational health. The center utilizes the Personality and Social Resources Assessment (PSRA), developed in collaboration with Kangbuk Samsung Hospital.

Depending on the diagnosis, personalized psychological support and counseling are provided. Korean Bar Association members can receive up to three free consultations per person. Additional consultations thereafter are offered at a special member price. Consultations are conducted in person or remotely through online reservations, and confidentiality and anonymity are guaranteed throughout the entire process.

Atomos CEO Kim Gyu-tae stated, “Lawyers’ emotional labor is not a personal issue, but an environmental factor arising from the case-centered work structure.” He added, “Through the center’s operation, we will support lawyers to safely care for their emotions and recover.”
