Digital advertising company Incross announced on the 5th that it has welcomed SK Networks as its new largest shareholder and will begin management under a new governance system starting in 2026.
Incross completed all procedures pursuant to the stock purchase agreement signed between SK Square and SK Networks in October of last year, and SK Networks became its largest shareholder as of January 2nd. Accordingly, Incross will be incorporated as a subsidiary of SK Networks and will begin implementing its mid- to long-term growth strategy in earnest.
This restructuring is not merely a change in ownership structure, but is also seen as a strategic shift aimed at strengthening Incross's business competitiveness. Building on its expertise in integrated advertising services and commerce, spanning both online and offline channels, Incross plans to secure new growth engines through collaboration with SK Networks.
Incross presented two core strategies. First, it will expand customer reach by combining SK Networks' diverse B2C business infrastructure with its advertising and commerce capabilities. At the same time, it will leverage SK Networks' extensive consumer contact points to provide integrated marketing solutions that link online and offline channels, thereby enhancing advertiser satisfaction.
In addition, the company is accelerating the advancement of its business centered on artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Incross plans to advance key solutions, including its proprietary AI-based content marketing platform, "Stellaize," and expand the application of AI across its business areas, including campaign operation automation. Furthermore, the company plans to introduce AI into management and internal work processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
Son Yoon-jung, CEO of Incross, said, “Through this change in largest shareholder, we have strengthened our cooperation with SK Networks, which has the technological prowess and infrastructure,” and “We will increase our competitiveness in the advertising and commerce industries through AI technology innovation and business synergy.”
