My Real Trip (CEO Dong-Geon Lee), Korea's leading travel super app, announced that it has completely revamped its 'Airline Ticket Wholesale Portal' to strengthen the B2B airline ticket sales and operation environment for partners.
Since launching its airline wholesale system in 2023, MyRealTrip has continuously improved its airline sales and after-sales service by accumulating partner operational data. This overhaul, reflecting feedback from partner staff over approximately six months, focuses on reducing operational burden and establishing a stable settlement environment.
The revamped system significantly reduces manual processing by enhancing automated ticketing and refund functions. Furthermore, it enhances functionality to integrate the entire post-sales process, from settlement to operations. This allows partners to more efficiently manage key tasks, including airline product searches, sales status, and settlement details.
With this reorganization, My Real Trip will significantly expand benefits for both new and existing partners. Partners who achieve a cumulative monthly ticket sales of KRW 1 million or more by June 30th will receive an unlimited 3% incentive (VI). Furthermore, various fees related to ticket sales will be waived for the month of January, reducing the initial operational burden on partners.
A My Real Trip representative stated, “This reorganization of the airline wholesale portal is the foundational work to ensure that our partners can sell and operate airline products in a stable environment.” They added, “We will continue to strengthen operational efficiency, settlement stability, and product competitiveness to grow our airline wholesale business together with our partners.”
