Rapolabs (Co-CEOs Choi Hee-min and Hong Joo-young), which operates the 4050 lifestyle platform 'Queen It', is embarking on a large-scale recruitment of 50 experienced workers across all positions.
This recruitment is to reinforce the workforce necessary to fully implement the 4050 lifestyle commerce multi-channel strategy. Under the concept of "Market Reset," the company is recruiting key talent to reorganize the commerce market.
Recruitment will be conducted across all job categories, with approximately 50 experienced candidates. The tech organization will primarily recruit for roles such as server and front-end engineers, machine learning engineers, and data analysis engineers, while the business organization will recruit for key positions such as commerce strategy, business development, marketing, and human resources. Talents joining through this large-scale recruitment will be offered stock options worth up to 200 million won.
The application period is open until January 18th, and anyone with at least one year of experience or equivalent practical skills can apply. Applications are accepted through Rapolabs' official recruitment page, and the selection process consists of a document screening, a first-round job interview, a second-round culture interview, and compensation negotiation. For some positions, an additional assignment-based selection process may be added.
