Ecocreation Co., Ltd. (CEO Jeon Beom-geun), a specialized manufacturer of waste plastic pyrolysis and emulsification plants, announced on the 6th that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with artificial intelligence (AI) specialist Dayton (CEO Kim Dong-hyun) for the joint development of intelligent AI energy solutions.
The two companies held a signing ceremony at EcoCreation's headquarters on the 2nd and discussed ways to integrate Dayton's AI technology into EcoCreation's advanced pyrolysis emulsification plant. Through this, they plan to focus on jointly developing intelligent, sustainable, and eco-friendly energy solutions optimized for industrial applications.
The two companies will pursue technology development that can contribute to the national economy and the global environment by combining energy transition, ESG industries, AI, and robotics. Beyond joint development, they plan to expand their collaboration to include global market entry, customized AI solution development, and joint marketing.
Ecocreation is an eco-friendly plant specialist with technology to produce pyrolysis oil through indirect pyrolysis of waste plastic in an oxygen-free environment. Compared to conventional incineration, this technology significantly reduces air pollution. Through this agreement, the company plans to establish an automated pyrolysis facility system to enhance process efficiency and provide solutions optimized for the installation environment.
Dayton is a specialized company that has implemented national industrial projects and large-scale corporate projects in areas such as AI data centers, AI energy management systems (EMS), AI perimeter surveillance, and AIOPs. Based on its proprietary AI foundation model, it is advancing solutions for various industrial sectors. Recently, it has expanded its business scope with the development of new products such as Tech-see, an AI-based industrial safety solution, and Xpotti, an AI emotional lighting system.
“We expect that our collaboration with Dayton will enhance the safety of our pyrolysis facilities and increase business profitability,” said Jeon Beom-geun, CEO of Eco Creation. “Our ultimate goal is to lead the market for efficient, eco-friendly energy solutions based on AI.”
