Yeolda Company Secures Seed Investment from Seoul National University Technology Holdings

Yeolda Company (CEO Chan-sol Lim), which operates the subscription-based home care platform ' Yeolda ' based on organizing and organizing, announced on the 7th that it has attracted seed investment from Seoul National University Technology Holdings.

Yeolda Company, a company that analyzes customers' lifestyle patterns and property data to build sustainable space management systems, has garnered market attention since its establishment in October 2022 for its expert-driven "home organizing" service. Services include space diagnosis, customized organizing, storage, and furniture rearrangement.

The company explained that it converted the existing one-time organizing service into a non-face-to-face subscription form, reducing costs by more than 80%, and popularized organizing, which was a premium service, into a home care service that anyone can enjoy regularly.

Yeolda Company is building a spatial data infrastructure aimed at "Physical AI." This strategy involves digitizing object-level data generated during the organizing process and indexing the real world. This strategy also aims to secure access to furniture interior and object-level data, which even Google and LG Electronics find difficult to access.

Seoul National University Technology Holdings CEO Mok Seung-hwan said, “Yeolda Company is pursuing spatial innovation by expanding its existing O2O organizing service with AI and data to transform real living spaces into digital infrastructure,” adding, “We invested in it because it has high growth potential as a platform preparing for the Physical AI era.”
