Team Sparta Ends 'HRD Connect 2026'

IT startup Team Sparta (CEO Beomgyu Lee) announced on the 8th that it successfully concluded 'HRD Connect 2026' held at the Westin Chosun Hotel in Seoul.

Under the slogan "Shaping the Future of HRD in the AI Era," this event was designed to accelerate domestic companies' transition to AI-native organizations and support networking among HRD professionals. Approximately 100 HRD leaders from diverse industries, including manufacturing, finance, IT/platform, and pharmaceuticals/biotechnology, attended the event.

The event began with a keynote speech by Kim Hee-yeon, former CSO of LG Display. Under the theme "The Role and Direction of HRD in the AI Era," Kim outlined the strategic role of HRD leaders in the face of AI advancements and presented a roadmap for improving employee AI literacy. This session was deemed the most informative by attendees.

In the AX case study session that followed, POSCO Human Resources and Culture Office Manager Lee Chan-mi shared how to design a competition that increases practical application and examples of overcoming internal security issues under the theme, "Beyond Theoretical Education and Practical Projects." Kim Du-hwan, leader of POSCO's Human Resources Development Center, delivered a lecture titled, "The AX Era: POSCO Group Employee Change Management and AI Talent Development," explaining how to establish a step-by-step AI training system and link it with organizational change management.

In the final CEO lecture, HD Hyundai Marine Solutions CEO Lee Ki-dong addressed the strategic importance of AI transformation and its impact on corporate competitiveness under the theme of "The AI Gap Era: An Engine for Survival and Innovation."

After the event, participants praised the session for providing "practical help in their work" and "gaining valuable insights from sharing examples of companies facing similar challenges." In-depth discussions and exchanges continued through Q&A sessions and networking sessions.

Team Sparta's AX Education Business Team Leader, Han Hyun-ah, said, "This event was a place to present a specific AI education model that can be applied in the field," and added, "We will continue to share AI education trends and success stories and actively support companies' successful transition to AX."
