Clinkers (CEO Seong-Kwon Seo), the operator of the essential app for foreigners settling in Korea, announced on the 8th that it will launch a full-scale recruitment service for foreigners residing in Korea in partnership with HR tech company Wanted Lab .
Clinkers has officially launched the "Glow Recruitment" feature, which integrates Wanted Lab's recruitment information within its all-in-one platform for foreigners, Glow. This collaboration aims to address information asymmetry in the domestic foreign talent market and accelerate connections between talented foreign talent and companies. Wanted Lab is expanding its foreign-related businesses and strengthening its global partnerships, while Clinkers is evolving into a super app that encompasses all aspects of foreigners' lives in Korea.
Glow app and web users can access Wanted Lab's job postings in real time. Specifically, postings focused on IT fields like development, planning, and data will be provided through APIs, tailored to the Glow platform. This will enhance convenience for international job seekers, as they can apply within the app without having to search separately.
The two companies are also introducing a model that links finance and careers. Clinkers is promoting its specialized financial product, "Loan Product Exclusive to E-7 Visa Holders," for foreign users of Wanted Lab, improving financial accessibility and supporting stable settlement in Korea after employment.
The two companies plan to expand their offline presence, starting with online collaboration. They plan to jointly participate in upcoming offline recruitment events for foreign talent, enabling them to connect directly with international talent in the job market.
