Job Korea (CEO Hyun-Jun Yoon), an AI and data-based recruitment platform, announced on the 8th that it will hold a commemorative conference, 'JOBKOREA THE REBOOT', at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas in Samseong-dong, Seoul on the 29th to commemorate its 30th anniversary.
This conference was organized to examine the role and direction of platforms in a rapidly changing hiring environment driven by the proliferation of AI technology, and to share Job Korea's mid- to long-term strategy.
At the event, CEO Hyun-Joon Yoon will deliver a keynote session titled "The Standard for Recruitment in the AI Era: A New Job Korea." He will discuss the direction the recruiting industry should take in the AI transition and introduce Job Korea's core strategies. Since taking office as CEO of Job Korea in 2022, Yoon has spearheaded the company's AI- and data-driven transformation and is pursuing a platform strategy.
Following the keynote, various speakers, including Shin Soo-jung, CEO of Impact Leaders Academy, and Kim Seong-jun, adjunct professor at Kookmin University's College of Business Administration, will present sessions on topics such as global recruitment and HR trends, data analysis, and AI-based recruitment strategies.
This conference will also provide a space to directly explore integrated recruitment experience strategies that combine data and technology, including the recently acquired career platform "Jobplanet," and future AI-based recruitment services.
Since its founding in 1996, Job Korea has been driving change in the domestic recruitment market through its online recruitment platform and expansion of mobile recruitment environments. Through this event, it plans to share its future business direction and platform evolution strategy, leveraging its accumulated data and AI technology capabilities.
The event is aimed at corporate HR managers and recruiters, and applications for participation can be submitted through the Job Korea official website until the 23rd.
