
The Korea Small and Medium Business Administration (KOSRE) announced on the 8th that Archivsoft (CEO Ji-seong Kim) has obtained the international standard ISO 30301 records management system certification.
ISO 30301 is a certification that evaluates whether an organization has established and operated a records management system in accordance with international standards throughout the entire process of records production and management, with the aim of improving organizational performance, achieving goals, and ensuring transparency, reliability, and accountability in business performance.
On the 2nd, a certificate award ceremony was held at the headquarters of Akisoft located in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, with the attendance of Choi Young-min, manager of the Small and Medium Venture Business Certification Institute, and Kim Ji-seong, CEO of Akisoft.
At the certificate presentation ceremony, Manager Choi Young-min evaluated Archivsoft's acquisition of ISO 30301 certification as an example of strengthening the company's social responsibility and reliability in the field of records management systems.
Kim Ji-seong, CEO of ArchiveSoft, stated that he expects this certification to enhance the efficiency of electronic records management services and customer trust. He also announced plans to utilize the records management system as a core framework for driving continuous innovation in the field of electronic records management.
Archisoft is engaged in a variety of projects, including AI service and platform development, information system construction and operation (SI/SM), standard records management system construction, operation, and maintenance, business strategy consulting, data migration including electronic record transfer, and information system infrastructure design and construction.
In particular, it has carried out numerous government and public institution projects, including the Korea Regional Information Development Institute, the National Archives of Korea, the Fair Trade Commission, the Korea Coast Guard, the Korea Electric Power Corporation, the Army Personnel Command, and local governments. In recognition of its contributions, it received the Gyeonggi Province Governor's Award in 2019, the Minister of Science and ICT's Award in 2023, and the Minister of SMEs and Startups' Award in 2025.
