Launching a SaaS platform for individual lawyers in January and expanding into specialized AI platforms for industries such as finance, construction, and taxation.

BHSN (CEO Jeong-geun Lim), a legal AI solution company, announced on the 12th that it has completed the construction of the intelligent legal AI service 'AI:Yul' in collaboration with Yulchon, a leading law firm in South Korea, and launched it company-wide.
This project is an example of BHSN's multi-LLM platform, 'Allibee Astro' technology, optimized for Yulchon's high-difficulty legal practice environment. Since the service launch at the end of December, the two companies are currently in the system stabilization phase and are actively applying advanced AI technology to practice.
Notably, AI:Yul adopted a closed RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture to meet the stringent security and access control requirements of large law firms. This architecture allows AI to precisely explore and analyze internal knowledge assets to generate answers within an independent environment where data is not transmitted externally. All queries and conversations are not used for AI learning, ensuring thorough security and trust in client information. Furthermore, AI:Yul organically integrates with Yulchon's existing permission system to provide optimized AI analysis results based on user permissions. Furthermore, it implements the highest level of data governance, including the strict exclusion of confidential data from analysis.
This service, an intelligent knowledge exploration partner supporting lawyers' work, goes beyond simple information retrieval. It uses AI to contextually understand and analyze the vast legal resources within existing knowledge management (KM) systems, presenting them. While lawyers directly explore and verify information, AI quickly identifies optimal supporting data, dramatically improving the accuracy of their work. Yulchon recently launched the service amidst strong interest and anticipation from its members, with the name "iYul" selected through an internal naming contest and an awards ceremony held at its year-end ceremony.
Aiyul is an AI search service specifically designed and built to meet the business environment and security needs of Yulchon Law Firm. Implementing this architecture requires technical capabilities capable of simultaneously meeting the data protection, authorization control, and non-learning-based architecture demands of large law firms and their clients. BHSN, leveraging its experience in applying legal AI across corporate and law firm environments, participated as a technology partner capable of implementing these requirements in a real-world operational environment.
BHSN CEO Lim Jeong-geun said, “Our collaboration with Yulchon, a leader in digital innovation in the Korean legal market, is an important milestone that proves that BHSN’s multi-LLM platform ‘Astro’ can simultaneously meet the demanding security standards and professional thinking systems of large law firms.” He added, “We will further expand the scope of practical applications of Legal AI through the new version of Allybee, which is equipped with workflow-based creation functions, and provide the best intelligent work environment for legal professionals.”
“As the legal market environment is rapidly changing, it has become important to establish a system that allows lawyers to focus on their essential capabilities,” said Kang Seok-hoon, managing attorney at Yulchon Law Firm. “We expect that Yulchon’s industry-leading expertise and value of prioritizing client information protection, combined with BHSN’s technological prowess, will create meaningful changes in the legal work environment.”
BHSN's legal AI solution, Allybee, is currently being used in contract, legal, and compliance workflows at major corporations such as CJ CheilJedang, Hanwha Solutions, and Aekyung Chemical. Recently, through strategic investment and collaboration with Samsung Life Insurance, the company is gradually developing AI applications for financial compliance that meet the risk management and internal control requirements demanded by the financial sector.
Building on this experience in corporate and law firm applications, BHSN will continue to enhance its capabilities as a specialized AI platform that takes into account industry-specific characteristics and regulatory environments. Furthermore, BHSN plans to launch a SaaS-based legal AI solution for individual lawyers in January. This will establish a foundation for applying AI expertise accumulated in large law firms and corporate environments to the practical work of individual legal professionals, and will gradually expand the potential of AI across all legal and compliance tasks.
