3D AI startup Endotlight announced on the 13th that it has signed a business agreement with intelligent robot service platform company Newbility to build a humanoid robot learning environment.
This agreement aims to jointly develop the precise 3D structural data and training simulation environments required for humanoid robots to perform practical tasks in manufacturing and logistics settings. The two companies plan to collaborate to reduce the repetitive data production costs and time required during robot training, and to strengthen the link between robot design, training, and validation stages.
EndotLite utilizes its proprietary 3D modeling engine and AI-based 3D CAD data generation technology to automatically generate 3D data that considers the workspace structure and joint movements required for humanoid robot training. This supports the large-scale construction and expansion of various work scenarios required in real-world industrial settings.
Based on its experience in robot verification and operation, Newbility will define robot motions and work scenarios suitable for manufacturing sites, and verify and improve these from a practical operational perspective. The two companies will jointly develop an iterative improvement structure that incorporates simulation-based learning results into robot design and control logic.
This collaboration is evaluated as a case study that combines 3D data generation technology with industrial application experience to build an AI learning system for humanoid robots. The two companies plan to gradually enhance the 3D data structure and robot AI learning pipeline, making them applicable in a variety of industrial environments.
