
Caring, a senior care specialist company, announced on the 13th that it was ranked first in the care service (home care/day care) category of the 2026 Korea Consumer Satisfaction Index for the fourth consecutive year.
The Korea Consumer Satisfaction Index (KCSI) is a consumer-centric brand evaluation system hosted by Hankyung Business and the Korea Financial and Economic Daily. Each year, it selects companies across various industries based on consumer satisfaction and growth potential. Caring received this award in recognition of its achievements in providing high-quality care services, expanding its nationwide network of directly-operated stores, and creating local jobs.
Caring is expanding its business scope into a comprehensive service company encompassing all aspects of senior care, operating various businesses such as welfare equipment, nursing assistant training centers, and senior housing, focusing on home care and day care services.
The company has set a key goal for this year: addressing regional care gaps, and plans to focus on expanding its nationwide integrated home care infrastructure. It currently operates 59 directly managed branches nationwide and plans to open approximately 20 more within the year.
Caring continues to invest in training and securing caregivers to enhance the stability and professionalism of its care services. Furthermore, based on its performance in operating community-based care services, it has received numerous certifications as an excellent institution in the public sector.
