Classum Signs Strategic MOU with Carat Global

Classum, which operates the AI-based HR intelligence solution Delta, announced that it has signed a strategic business agreement with global HRD specialist Carat Global to build a data-based HRD innovation model.

This agreement was pursued to build a more systematic talent development environment by combining Delta's diagnostic and analytical technology with Carat Global's HRD operational experience, in line with the growing importance of decision-making based on objective data across all aspects of corporate human resources and organizational operations.

Delta is an HR intelligence solution that designs job and competency frameworks based on global job data and analyzes individual skill data to suggest role fit and growth potential. Through job-specific data analysis, it identifies individual strengths and areas for improvement, and links these strengths to training and career development to enhance corporate HR operational efficiency.

Through this agreement, the two companies will establish a phased collaboration system, starting with the joint planning and development of an HR diagnostic solution, followed by diagnostic operation, results analysis and reporting, development of a training program linkage model, and the exploration of new collaboration models. Classum will be responsible for designing AI-based job and competency diagnostics, analyzing data, and deriving HR insights. Carat Global, leveraging its global client network and training operation experience, will connect diagnostic results to training and performance management.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly build a data-driven HRD operating model that connects diagnosis, training, and performance, and to explore a collaborative structure applicable to the global market. Through this agreement, Classum aims to expand its HR intelligence model beyond diagnosis and evaluation, connecting data-driven insights to training design and implementation.

This model is expected to enable companies to more clearly define job and competency requirements, objectively identify employee growth directions, and enhance execution capabilities through linkage with training programs.
