Enviromotion to List on KOSDAQ Through SPAC Merger

Mobility drive parts specialist Enviromotion (CEO Moon Doo-seong) was listed on the KOSDAQ market through a SPAC merger on the 14th.

With this listing, NV Motion plans to expand its business beyond the mobility sector into the advanced bearings for robots and high-precision material components market. The company has successfully developed and mass-produced industrial drive components such as steel balls, tapered rollers, and ceramic precursors, and has successfully domestically produced key components.

In particular, the company has received approval for mass production of wheel hub bearings from Korea's largest automaker, and has been mass producing domestically produced parts since November of last year. Recently, with the acquisition of a North American electric vehicle project order, the company has established a business structure focused on domestic automakers and North American electric vehicle projects as its two main growth axes.

An NVR Motion official stated, “With the advancement of industries across the board, the demand for high-performance, high-precision bearings is structurally increasing,” and added, “We will accelerate sales and performance growth by expanding our product portfolio beyond automobiles to various industries such as robotics, semiconductors, electrical equipment, aviation, and energy.”

Meanwhile, Enviromotion was listed through a merger with Mirae Asset Vision SPAC 3. The number of shares issued after the merger is 10,404,468, the merger ratio is 1 to 0.2348245, and the merger price is 8,517 won.
