CG INSIDE (CEO Park Seon-chun), a legal tech AI company, announced on the 14th that its "Local Council Budget and Settlement Analysis Support AI Agent" was finally selected as an "Innovative Product" by the Public Procurement Service.
The product selected this time is Korea's first AI solution tailored to local councils, combining Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Table Augmented Generation (TAG). It builds a structured database of budgets, financial statements, and financial data disclosed by local governments and councils, and utilizes conversational AI like ChatGPT to perform search, analysis, comparison, and visualization.
Traditional budget and settlement analysis relied on manual processes, requiring individual review of PDF or HWP documents and reprocessing of tables. However, CG Inside's AI Agent automatically searches data and generates analysis reports through RAG-based analysis. Its TAG-based analysis technology recognizes financial data, including budgets, executions, carryovers, and unused amounts by project, in a tabular structure and performs comparisons, trend analysis, and outlier analysis. Results are visualized in tables and graphs.
From a security perspective, it operates on-premise, preventing data leakage. It also passed the National Intelligence Service's security review, making it suitable for adoption by public institutions. It can precisely recognize and process HWP document tables and formats, enabling immediate application to the field without additional conversion. KOLAS SW quality certification has proven its 100% accuracy.
With this innovative product designation, CG Inside plans to expand its AI adoption beyond local councils to various public sectors, including public finance analysis and legislative support. CEO Park Seon-chun stated, "This designation officially recognizes our expertise and efficiency in budget and settlement analysis using AI." He added, "We will also commercialize additional AI services, such as bill cost estimation."
