AI-based hyper-personalized weight management automates diet and exercise records, creating a sustainable management environment.

AI-based weight management platform Philize (CEO Shin In-sik) announced its key achievements for 2025, surpassing 1.2 million cumulative members. Philize is continuing its steady growth in the domestic market with its hyper-personalized service leveraging AI coaches, while also expanding into overseas markets, increasing its global subscription revenue share to 40%.
A key indicator of Philize's performance last year was users' actual weight changes. In 2025, users of Philize Plus, a paid membership program equipped with an AI diet coach, lost a total of 509 tons (509,254 kg). Notably, the top 25% of users lost an average of 7.48 kg. This was achieved through an intuitive user experience where the AI coach analyzed individual lifestyle patterns, including nutrition and diet, to provide personalized guidance while reducing the hassle of tracking data. This resulted in tangible weight loss.
Philize is applying AI-based hyper-personalized technology specialized in weight management across its entire service. Users upload photos of their meals, and the AI analyzes and automatically records their nutritional information. It then provides real-time diet advice and exercise guidance based on their personal goals and condition. This approach alleviates users from the burden of repetitive daily logging, while accumulating accurate data to support sustainable weight management.
The company's expansion continues in the global market. Mealo, Philrise's global app, is a version of Philrise's AI coaching technology optimized for overseas markets and currently has paid subscribers in 80 countries worldwide, including North America and Asia. It is also demonstrating stable growth in local markets, ranking 43rd in the Healthcare category in the Indian App Store and 59th in Mexico. As a result, overseas revenue now accounts for over 40% of Philrise's total subscription revenue.
Voluntary communication from users who have experienced the effectiveness of Philize's AI diet service is also becoming more active. With an increasing number of users sharing their weight loss stories and testimonials on social media, the official Instagram accounts of Philize and Milo recently surpassed 10,000 followers. Positive user feedback based on actual user experiences is a key driver of the service's expansion.
Shin In-sik, CEO of Philize, said, “Last year, we were able to confirm through data that AI coaching can change users’ habits and even lead to actual weight loss results.” He added, “This year, we plan to further refine and enhance our hyper-personalized diet service to help users manage their diet and exercise more conveniently.” He continued, “We will continue to expand Philize’s weight management solution, which combines AI coaching, in both domestic and international markets and accelerate our efforts to conquer the global market.”
Meanwhile, Philize, an AI-based hyper-personalized weight management platform, provides customized AI coaching based on diet-related health data. Beginning with hyper-personalized AI-based nutritional supplement analysis and diet logging, the platform has expanded its service offerings to include blood sugar management subscriptions (Sugar Care, Formidetit) and AI diet coaching (Philize Plus). Currently, it offers both subscription-based memberships and free services powered by AI coaches.
