Intops Selects 4th Batch of Accelerating Program Participants

Global IT manufacturing company Intops (CEO Geun-ha Kim) announced on the 16th that it has selected Team Elysium and Curein for the 4th Accelerating Program, which is currently being operated for hardware startups.

The Intops Accelerator Program provides customized consulting services tailored to each industry, helping hardware startups reduce the trial and error associated with product development and mass production and secure market competitiveness. To date, the program has identified and supported numerous promising startups.

Team Elysium, selected for this fourth round, is a hardware startup that analyzes posture and body shape and supports musculoskeletal diagnosis based on body scanning technology utilizing 3D sensors and proprietary AI algorithms. The company's precision body data analysis technology was highly evaluated for its potential application in the healthcare sector.

Curein is a medical device startup developing MRI-based precision surgical robots. Founded by the National Cancer Center research team that demonstrated Korea's first laparoscopic surgical robot and remote surgery, Curein possesses robotic technology capable of stable operation even in strong magnetic fields, electronic circuits resistant to high-frequency electromagnetic waves, and image-guided navigation software. Curein is currently preparing for a confirmatory clinical trial of its MRI-guided automated breast biopsy robot.

Intops highly evaluated the technological competitiveness, growth potential, and expandability of the medical and healthcare market of the two companies and selected them for the 4th round of support. The selected companies will be provided with customized consulting from experts in each field, including product design, planning, manufacturing, business feasibility review, and investment preparation (IR), for approximately 10 weeks.

An Intops official said, “The companies selected for the fourth round not only have high technological perfection, but also have clear potential for use in actual markets and clinical settings,” and added, “We plan to focus our support on increasing product competitiveness and mass production potential based on our manufacturing know-how.”

Intops operates a "Paper Program" that collaborates with hardware startups based on its over 40 years of manufacturing experience and technological capabilities, and the accelerator program is one of the core businesses of the program.
