Dunamu Upbit Signs Official Partner Sponsorship Agreement with the Korea Sports Council

Dunamu (CEO Oh Kyung-seok), operator of the digital asset exchange Upbit, announced on the 16th that it had held an official partner sponsorship agreement ceremony with the Korea Sports Council (Chairman Yoo Seung-min) on the 15th. The signing ceremony, held at the Korea Sports Council, was attended by Dunamu CEO Oh Kyung-seok, Korea Sports Council President Yoo Seung-min, and other officials from both parties.

Through this agreement, Upbit and the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee will expand their collaboration beyond supporting the national team to promote the sustainable development of Korean sports. The two parties plan to produce a cheering video for Team Korea ahead of the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics, scheduled for February 2026. They will also explore various collaborative measures to support the development of promising athletes and expand the reach of sports.

As an official partner of the Korea Sports Council, Upbit plans to conduct marketing activities utilizing various intellectual property rights, including the Korea Sports Council emblem, official sponsor name, Team Korea emblem, and collective portrait rights of the national team.

Oh Kyung-seok, CEO of Dunamu, stated that Upbit's pursuit of challenges and direction of global expansion are in line with the spirit of challenge of the national team players, and that he will continue to participate in the team's challenges and deliver positive messages and trust to the public.

Yoo Seung-min, President of the Korea Sports Council, evaluated Upbit as a partner that has continuously supported the team through activities such as producing cheering videos for Team Korea, and stated that with this official sponsorship agreement, he will support the team's challenge toward the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics and create a new collaboration model that combines sports and digital innovation.
