New Teams Signs Business Agreement with Gigomanjang

New Teams (CEO Seok-chan Lee), a youth career education company, announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Gigomanjang (CEO Byeong-gwan Park), a domestic HR professional community, to promote youth work experience and corporate connections.

This agreement aims to identify and strengthen the capabilities of diverse young people, including job seekers, those who have given up on finding a job, and those preparing to change jobs, thereby expanding opportunities for interaction with HR professionals and corporate connections. The goal is to enhance young people's employability skills and facilitate recruitment.

NewTeams provides customized career education services, including job training and work experience programs for young people, AI/DX job training, and special lectures by current employees. Its achievements in youth career support were recognized by its selection as the Best Operator in the Ministry of Employment and Labor's Youth Challenge Support Program for two consecutive years, in 2024 and 2025.

Gigomanjang is Korea's largest HR community where HR professionals share their knowledge and experience. It builds HR networks, introduces government policies and HR solutions, operates HR training and events, and develops content.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly promote various programs, including special lectures and mentoring by HR professionals, and linkages with practical corporate projects, and expand opportunities for practical work experience that directly connect young people with companies.
