Content AI solution company 4BY4 (CEO Jun-ho Yoon) announced on the 16th that it is actively developing realistic content production business with the goal of revitalizing local tourism.
On the 5th, PobyPo announced through a public notice that it had signed a single sales and supply contract with Gimhae City, Gyeongsangnam-do, for the "Design, Production, and Installation Services for the Gimhae City Kim Young-won Art Museum Exhibition Experience Facility (Part 2)." Furthermore, the company secured orders for immersive content projects in Andong and Ulsan, and plans to pursue the creation of specialized exhibition and experience facilities that integrate with local culture in various regions in the future.
The Gimhae City Kim Young-won Art Museum is being developed as a multi-purpose cultural space where visitors can appreciate both contemporary sculpture and fine art, focusing on the works of Kim Young-won, a master of Korean figurative sculpture who created the King Sejong Statue in Gwanghwamun. The museum will expand from its original 4,840 square meters to a total of 5,760 square meters across four floors, with a 920-square-meter addition.
Pobypo plans to present interactive media exhibitions at the museum, where visitors can directly experience the artwork, as well as content themed around King Sejong and Hangeul, as well as hyper-realistic videos and media art that reinterpret the works of sculptor Kim Young-won.
For this project, Four by Four will handle the entire process in-house, from exhibition design to hardware and media art content production. Leveraging its accumulated production experience and technological prowess in the public exhibition and cultural content sectors, the company aims to provide a sophisticated content experience tailored to local landmarks, thereby contributing to the revitalization of local tourism.
A PobyPo official said, “This project is an example of applying our realistic content production capabilities to a representative local cultural facility,” and added, “By implementing a high-quality exhibition environment through an integrated process from exhibition design to content production and hardware construction, we will contribute to creating a core hub for local culture and tourism.”
