Hive Labs Launches AX Innovation Center

Hive Labs (CEO Seo Jong-hyuk) , a next-generation CX-based AI-Tech company, announced the official launch of its "AX Innovation Center" on the 19th and its foray into the vertical AI market. This launch is seen as a strategic move to strengthen Hive Labs' digital transformation capabilities by combining its UX and branding expertise with advanced AI technology.

Hive Labs defines the AI transformation as an essential growth phase and is pursuing a transformation to an E-to-E organizational structure centered around the AX Innovation Center, embodying brand-based AX know-how. To achieve this, the company has reorganized its existing work structure into a four-step modular process: planning, production, execution, and hybrid experience design.

The new process begins with the "AX Planning" department establishing an experience strategy, including campaigns and visual-focused UX/BX. The "AX Operations" department then fleshes out the production direction and operational strategy, while the "AXL" department researches and implements content and visual strategies. Finally, the "AXD" department combines AI technology and human resources to implement the client's brand experience.

Through this reorganization, Hive Lab also pursued structural improvements aimed at increasing the efficiency of its overall design operations. With the proliferation of AI threatening the limitations of its existing MM-based business model, the company opted for a strategy of reducing simple, repetitive tasks and focusing on high-value creative areas. This strategy aims to simultaneously enhance productivity and deliver superior quality results.

Additionally, Hive Labs is also improving and enhancing the functionality of its proprietary AI content production efficiency solution, "AVIKO." By combining process innovation and technological solutions, Hive Labs plans to continuously strengthen its competitiveness in the evolving digital landscape.

CEO Seo Jong-hyuk stated, "We will utilize AI not as a means of replacing human resources, but as a tool to expand organizational capabilities. We will provide differentiated digital experiences through hybrid creatives that combine technology and creativity."
