The Invention Lab Signs MOU with Aseptic

The Invention Lab (CEO Jinyoung Kim) announced that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Aseptic Co., Ltd. (CEO Beomseok Kim), which possesses medical and healthcare company building capabilities, to jointly discover and foster innovative startups in the digital healthcare and bio fields.

This agreement aims to leverage the expertise of both companies to comprehensively pursue the selection, growth support, and joint investment of promising startups. As the operator of TIPS, The Invention Lab has accumulated experience in discovering and investing in early-stage startups, while Aseptic has supported the scale-up of numerous startups through company building projects in the medical and healthcare sectors.

Under the agreement, the two companies will jointly identify promising startups in the digital healthcare and medical device sectors and operate a value-added program that includes professional medical consulting, clinical trial collaboration, and branding advice. They will also exchange information for joint investments and the formation of investment partnerships, and jointly hold seminars and demo days to support entry into domestic and international markets.

This agreement goes beyond a simple partnership; it aims to leverage both companies' networks and expertise to substantially alleviate the challenges early-stage startups face in entering the market and growing their businesses.

The Invention Lab CEO Jinyoung Kim stated that the digital healthcare field requires expertise encompassing clinical trials, data, and market scalability, and that through this collaboration, they will strengthen effective support for startups in their early growth stages.

Aseptic CEO Kim Beom-seok stated that through collaboration with The Invention Lab, he will focus on discovering startups that will lead the digital healthcare industry and supporting their continued growth.
