TS Trillion wins KRW 14 billion contract to build UPS for Goyang data center.

TS Trillion has successfully secured a series of data center power infrastructure projects. TS Trillion announced on the 19th that its subsidiary, Vivir Company, has secured a contract worth approximately 14 billion won to supply and install a VERTIV UPS (uninterruptible power supply) for a data center in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.

This project was initiated in response to the growing demand for uninterrupted power operation and highly stable, reliable infrastructure in data centers due to the proliferation of AI and cloud services. UPSs are a key component that ensures continuous operation of servers and core IT equipment even during power outages or power quality issues, making them crucial in high-power, high-density AI server environments.

With this order, BBR Company has secured additional references for building power infrastructure optimized for AI server environments. Notably, its technological reliability has been recognized by utilizing equipment from VERTIV, a global power and cooling solutions company. VERTIV is responsible for supplying power and cooling equipment to major global AI data center ecosystems, including NVIDIA and Amazon.

TS Trillion plans to build on its global equipment-based project experience through BBR Company and expand its scope of business to focus on AI and hyperscale data centers. BBR Company, acquired by TS Trillion for KRW 4.9 billion and incorporated as a subsidiary, has a business structure that integrates the supply, construction, and maintenance of data center power equipment and cooling systems.

This project is attracting attention as a continuation of the successful bid for the Goyang data center, following the approximately KRW 18.9588 billion MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) project for the Ansan AI data center. Industry observers are evaluating TS Trillion's establishment of a stable new business system in the data center power infrastructure sector.
