Walkers High aims to achieve 12.3 billion won in sales by 2025, representing 251% year-over-year growth.

Walkers High, a flagship store operator, announced that it would record annual sales of KRW 12.3 billion in 2025, a 251% increase from KRW 3.5 billion in 2024. This growth is attributed to the rapid success of its spatial retail platform strategy and expansion into its retail media business following its rebranding.

This year, Workers High has diversified its business structure, including the launch of its "Flag Shop Office" office welfare retail service, expansion into commercial and hospitality spaces, and the establishment of "Flag Media Retail," a brand-tailored vending machine and showcase-based platform. Furthermore, it has expanded its MRO (maintenance, repair, and operation) supply business for offices and commercial spaces, evolving into a comprehensive retail service encompassing all aspects of space operation. By providing an integrated supply of essential supplies, it has improved customer purchasing convenience and inventory management efficiency.

Based on this strategy, the number of units in operation nationwide has surpassed 4,000, and the "Flag Media Vending Machine," the first product from the newly established retail media division, "Flag Media," is also receiving positive market responses. This business model, combining retail and media, has been validated in diverse spaces, including offices, commercial facilities, and hospitality, leading to expansion of the installation network and a stable recurring revenue structure.

Following the brand vending machine project, collaborations with companies in various categories, including food and beverage, lifestyle, and entertainment, expanded, and the addition of a regular MRO supply system strengthened the foundation for structural growth within a single space.

In 2026, Walkers High plans to continue pursuing its growth strategy, which includes enhancing its space-specific retail model, diversifying its retail media offerings, expanding brand partnerships, and strengthening its integrated MRO supply service. The goal is to enhance the value of the interconnectedness between space, product, media, and MRO sales by enhancing its data-driven operational system.

A Walkers High official said, “2025 was a year in which the scalability of our flagship store business and our retail media transformation strategy were proven in the market,” and added, “In 2026, we will create a new business standard by enhancing the perfection of our space-based platform that combines retail, media, and MRO.”
