Doohands aims to achieve KRW 66.7 billion in sales by 2025 and achieve three consecutive years of profitability.

Doohands (CEO Chanjae Park), operator of the fulfillment service Poomgo, announced on the 21st that it achieved its highest-ever performance, recording annual sales of 66.7 billion won in 2025. This represents a 51% increase over the previous year's sales of 43.3 billion won, and marks the third consecutive year of operating profit since 2023.

Poomgo has recorded monthly profits for the past 12 months, with annual domestic volume increasing by 53% and Japan-bound volume by 459%. Furthermore, by embedding AI technology across its operations, the company has reduced its cost of sales per unit by 4.1% year-on-year, achieving both external growth and profitability. This achievement is considered to have established a stable financial structure and a foundation for sustainable growth.

Key factors contributing to this performance include the company's AI-integrated strategy and expanded service integration with domestic and international e-commerce platforms. Moving away from a unilateral approach centered on the technology organization, Poomgo has adopted AI that can be immediately applied to actual work at fulfillment centers and the central organization, thereby driving company-wide operational efficiency.

Representative AI applications include freight volume forecasting, AI for internal business support, and AI for field organization. The freight volume forecasting system analyzes customer-specific order patterns based on a time-series model to predict changes in freight volume, enabling proactive optimization of staffing and vehicle dispatch. Forecast results are provided in the form of AI notifications, enhancing field operational efficiency.

The in-house AI supports logistics operations by enabling users to check logistics status through natural language queries, reducing repetitive data query tasks. It also provides real-time detection and reporting of risk factors, such as delivery delays or allocation failures. Tracking cancellation claim status also improves customer response accuracy.

Furthermore, Pumgo has established a system for planning and developing dashboards and work efficiency apps that reflect the specific work characteristics of each field department. This system allows field organizations to directly implement AI functions in proof-of-concept (PoC) formats, undergo verification with the technical organization, and then apply them to actual work, thereby increasing AI utilization.

We've also achieved success in expanding our services. We offer next-day delivery seven days a week, integrating with major platforms' express delivery services, including Cafe24 Daily Delivery, Gmarket Seller Star Delivery, and I'mWeb's own mall express delivery. In the overseas logistics sector, we joined the eBay Fulfillment Alliance (EFA) based on our successful 5-day guaranteed delivery service in Japan, and we've strengthened our overseas delivery competitiveness through Qoo10 Japan's official guaranteed delivery service, Kandotshu.

Based on these operational capabilities, Poomgo achieved an average compliance rate of 99.9% last year for its five key promises. These guarantees focus on same-day shipment of B2C orders, adherence to B2B delivery dates, compensation for accidents during delivery, same-day delivery, and guaranteed inventory accuracy. In the third quarter of last year, Poomgo was recognized for its logistics capabilities by Naver, where it was selected as the No. 1 logistics company in N Delivery.
