Bespin Global, an AI service and solutions company, announced on the 21st that it has implemented an AI-centric organizational restructuring starting in 2026. This restructuring is a strategic move to transform the company into an AI-focused partner that embeds AI across its entire business. It features the introduction of four "Business Centers (BC)" (BCs) that align industries and technologies.
The newly established "AI & DATA BC" is overseen by Vice President Han Seon-ho, responsible for designing customers' AI adoption journeys and applying advanced AI technologies. Vice President Han Dae-young will oversee the AI value chain BC and the enterprise and emerging businesses, focusing on providing customized solutions and enhancing profitability. Vice President Kang Jong-ho will lead the public sector and AI platform BC, while Executive Director Park Jun-yong will lead the Gemini Enterprise-based "Google BC."
With this restructuring, Bespin Global will strengthen its recurring revenue structure centered on its subscription platform and increase the proportion of revenue generated by its AI brand, "HelpNow." Furthermore, Bespin Global plans to accelerate its international expansion, leveraging its 15 offices in nine countries, and secure technological competitiveness by providing a zero-trust, AI-specific security architecture.
“2026 will be the first year we lead the market based on the fruits of our transformation into an AI-centric company,” said Heo Yang-ho, CEO of Bespin Global. “As a true partner that helps customers adopt AI, we will create tangible business results.”
